Walking in Authority: Understanding and Confronting Demonic Powers

This sermon is part of an ongoing series on spiritual warfare, deliverance, and the demonic realm. The pastor continues examining the characteristic activities of demons while grounding the discussion firmly in the authority that every believer possesses through the name of Jesus. The sermon outlines specific ways demons operate in human lives, including through compulsion, enslavement, deception, and physical or spiritual weakening. Rather than leaving the congregation in fear, the pastor consistently redirects attention to the delegated authority Christ has given all believers, the indispensable role of the Holy Spirit, and the necessity of Spirit baptism as the foundation for effective spiritual warfare. The sermon calls believers to stop ignoring demonic activity in their world and to confidently exercise the authority Christ has entrusted to them.
